Today's player spotlight features #10 Junior Julia Bushnell.

1.) When did you start playing softball? Was there a certain reason you started playing initially?
Probably when I was 4 or 5. Not really, I tried out a lot of sports when I was young.
2.) What is your favorite position to play?
2nd base
3.) What do you most love about softball?
Striking people out
4.) Do you have any softball superstitions or routines you must always follow?
I always wear a batting glove under my glove.
5.) Is there a certain food/snack you eat before or after a game? Or is there something you always crave before/during/after a game?
Always chewing gum
6.) Favorite sunflower seed flavor
Buffalo style ranch
7.) What is your most memorable softball moment to date?
Either when I made a triple play or when I took a line-drive to the nose in practice

8.) What is your walk up song?
Let Me Know by Juice
9.) What position would you NEVER want to play? Why?
Outfield I’m too slow for it
10.) What do you hope the team will accomplish this season?
Win the regional
11.) What are some of your hobbies outside softball/sports/school?
I have a job at a nursing home and a small shopping addiction
12.) What are your future goals?
I hope to work as an OB and live in a big city
